DOMESTIC SHIPPING
You will be contacted with information regarding a ship date for your purchase within one business day of your order.
All orders are shipped from San Francisco, CA via USPS Priority Mail. A confirmation email with a tracking number for your order will be sent to you upon shipment. Please be sure to give us the correct and most secure address when you place your order. We cannot be responsible for loss or theft of your order once it has shipped.

RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange undamaged and unworn items within ten business days of receiving your order. Before sending your order back, please give us a call or send an email. Please be sure that the following conditions have been satisfied:
- the item is in the same condition in which it was received (unworn and not damaged)
- the item is returned within ten business days
- the item is sent back in its original packaging with all accompanying parts
We will not issue any refunds or exchanges that do not satisfy the conditions listed above.
Refunds will not be issued for incorrect ring size. Exchanges only.
Refunds are ONLY issued if the item is damaged during shipping or has a maker's defect (meaning the damage did not come from regular wear). We are happy to cover the cost of return shipping in the event of work damaged during shipment or due to a maker's defect. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for all exchanges.
